Ian Holloway to join i-Realise Ltd as Payroll Consultant to increase support for in-house payroll teams
Ian Holloway, highly respected payroll practitioner, writer, advisor and trainer will be joining i-Realise as Payroll Consultant.
Ian has worked in the payroll profession for over 30 years. He has developed exceptional 360 degree insight into payroll’s challenges and the impact of relevant legislation – having worked for both in-house payroll teams, software providers and as a payroll lecturer, writer and government advisor.

In that time we have seen how much Ian has given to the profession. He will really help us better inform and support our clients and the wider payroll profession.”
In his new role, Ian will publish insights on payroll legislation and best practice through workshops, white papers, newsletters and face-to-face presentations. He will also lead i-Realise’s monthly confidential forum for in-house payroll leaders and managers, and contribute to payroll training. He also has plans with i-Realise to launch a new Podcast.

We are one profession and need to work together. That is what I have always tried to do and why I am thrilled to be joining i-Realise who will give me this platform so that I can help the profession.”

Prior to joining i-Realise Ian was Head of Legislation and Compliance at Cintra HR and Payroll Services and Payroll Lecturer and Writer for The Learn Centre. He was the Trailblazer Chair for the Level 3 Payroll Administrator Apprenticeship and the Level 5 Payroll Assistant Manager Apprenticeship. He also advises on the practical impacts of new government legislation. He regularly speaks at industry conferences and is guest writer for publications in the payroll, HR and finance space.
