Our Company

We are independent HR and Payroll experts, trusted to deliver effective HR and Payroll implementations and efficient processes. Bridging the gap between an organisation’s Payroll and HR teams, and their system provider, we provide much-needed impartial advice and skills.

Established for 25 years, we are well-known for our pragmatic and hands-on approach to solving business problems and delivering successful transformation, especially for companies driven by compliance issues.

Specialising in businesses with complex, multifaceted environments, such as retail, leisure and supply chain, we support management teams to understand the detail of their process requirements and to prepare effectively for the inevitable challenges that accompany the implementation of a new solution. By sharing transferable skills, our project teams bring together people, systems and processes to facilitate successful change and increase efficiency.

We have worked with businesses such as Argos, DHL and RBS, releasing their potential and smoothing the path to effective operational change.

Simon Puryer, i-Realise M.D was recognised in 2016, 2017 and now in 2018 for the positive impact his work in Payroll continues to produce. Initially nominated by the Programme Director of a multi-national logistics and distribution company having supported the implementation of their new Payroll system. His 2017 nomination was for his work on a total review of their Holiday Pay processes. Simon’s nomination in 2018 recognises his input towards the launch of the Payroll Apprenticeship and the creation of the i-Realise Payroll Forums, offering payroll professions the opportunity to meet with peers and discuss Payroll related issues.

Our Charity

i-Realise is proud to announce its support for The Matthew Elvidge Trust.

Matthew Elvidge was a bright, energetic and caring young man, who had everything to live for, but aged 23, he took his own life after a very short period of depression. Sadly, those closest to Matthew were not fully aware of the depth of his depression and how to help.

The Matthew Elvidge Trust was established in 2010 by Matthew’s family with the following objectives:

  • To increase the awareness of depression, its signs and behaviours that may lead to suicide in young people
  • To equip and train people who are best placed to identify those at risk from depression
  • To encourage and help young sufferers to seek professional help through counselling, psychotherapy and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT)
  • To reduce the stigma of depression

The objectives are being achieved by ongoing fundraising and working with other charities in this field.

We will be running a number of fundraising events open to members of our wider network, and some individuals from the company will be participating in sponsored events throughout the year.
